Start replacing junk foods with for heathly snacks. Here's three recipes for snack mixes.

St. Patrick's Day experienced over a time frame of 50 years describes events in Irelands history. The writer and artist Clare O Hagan was born on the Border of the North and the South of Ireland, narrates St Patrick's Day experiences.

St. Patrick's Day has become a celebration of all things Irish. But who was St. Patrick? Learn why St. Patrick became a figure larger than life and how the festivities have changed over the centuries.

Attributed to the Irish are hundreds of thousands of quotes over the centuries, and here are a few of their best.  Enjoy, and feel free to use for yourself as often as you like.

Poor old St Patrick, he gets hammered every year. It's time for a rebrand.

Holidays (such as St. Patrick's day) are always a good excuse to have a party. With a holiday like St. Patrick's Day, it is always fun to stick to a traditional theme of green. Green balloons, crepe paper and wall hangings can also be used for more elaborate parties.

He could probably dance a fine jig, too, and possibly did so while banishing those pesky snakes from Ireland. Boy, was I wrong!

Unsure whether to give someone a gift on St. Patricks day?   Not sure what sort of gift to give?   Get the answers to all these questions.

I don't know anything about St. Patrick or why we are supposed to wear green on that day, but, I wear green on St. Patrick's Day and so does almost everyone else.   It's fun!   Drink green beer and go around asking people to kiss me because I'm Irish...for the night anyway.   But, what is all of this really about?   Like I said, heck if I know.   So here goes.   Here's some Did You Knows that I've learned about St. Patrick, Ireland and this celebrated day.
